Concept Biënnale Cultuurvuur – editie 2024
Van 1 mei tot 30 september 2024 presenteren Plantentuin Meise en Cultuurvuur vzw voor de vierde maal een verrassende expo kunst 50+.
52 kunstenaars of kunstenaarscollectieven 50+ uit Vlaanderen, Brussel en Nederland maakten één of meerdere kunstwerken voor precies die plek waar je het kunstwerk nu aantreft. De kunstenaars gingen de uitdaging aan om zich volop te laten inspireren door de natuur en meer specifiek door dat plekje in Plantentuin Meise. Natuur en kunst gaan zo met elkaar in dialoog en vormen een onvermijdelijk en verrassend geheel!
Ontdek de meest uiteenlopende kunstvormen in deze natuur galerij: van het fijnste glaswerk tot fantasierijke werelden aan schilderijen. Het talent van de kunstenaars ouder dan 50 is eindeloos.
Deze reis kan je wellicht niet op één dag doen. Kom daarom zeker nog eens langs om opnieuw te genieten van kunst en natuur!

EN 52 artists or artist collectives 50+ from Flanders, Brussels and the Netherlands created one or more artworks for exactly the spot where you find the artwork now. The artists took up the challenge to be fully inspired by nature and more specifically by that spot in Botanic Garden Meise. Nature and art thus enter into a dialogue and form an inevitable and surprising whole!

FR 52 artistes ou collectifs d’artistes de plus de 50 ans de Flandre, de Bruxelles et des Pays-Bas ont créé une ou plusieurs œuvres d’art destinées à l’endroit exact où vous trouvez l’œuvre d’art aujourd’hui. Les artistes ont relevé le défi de s’inspirer pleinement de la nature et plus particulièrement de cet endroit du Jardin botanique de Meise. La nature et l’art dialoguent et forment un tout inattendu et surprenant !
Découvrez les formes d’art les plus diverses dans cette galerie de la nature : de la verrerie la plus fine aux univers picturaux les plus imaginatifs. Le talent des artistes de plus de 50 ans est infini.
